Gone are the days of generic one-size-fits-all running plans. All training plans for FirstLight Running Co. athletes are custom built by a real coach. Sarah will meet with you virtually to learn more about your running history, your goals, and schedule to ensure that your plan is tailor fit to you and works with your schedule, not against it.

The all-access tier is exactly what it sounds like. This membership level includes:
Introductory game plan and strategy call
Custom built training plan for your upcoming race (10k - marathon distance)
Race week strategy call with your coach
Weekly check-in calls to review how training is going, adjustments needed, and answering any questions
Text and email your coach with questions and updates outside of scheduled weekly check-ins
